Born and raised in the Greater Toronto (Canada) area, Curtis came to Florida in 2003. Upon graduating high school, he entered the US Army where he was active duty for five years and completed two tours of duty in Afghanistan. Following his military career, he knew that he wanted to devote his life to helping individuals and the community. He completed his undergraduate degree at Saint Leo University and received a Master of Social Work from University of South Florida.
Curtis believes that all individuals are unique and require an individualized approach to counseling. He works to build a connection of trust and understanding with each individual. He believes that “life is a team sport and working together makes it better.”
As the CEO of our organization, Curtis seamlessly translates his military background into compassionate leadership, guiding our mission to provide top-notch mental therapy. His unique blend of military discipline and empathetic understanding creates a supportive environment for those seeking mental health care.
