Harley Mavor
Harley, a German Shorthaired Pointer, is the heart and first greeting at Person First Therapy. When you walk through the door, she is often the first voice you hear and the first friendly face you see—ready with a wagging tail and boundless enthusiasm to welcome you.
Harley has been working alongside Curtis in session for the past year as an incredible partner in care. Her intuitive ability to sense emotions that may be hidden just beneath the surface helps create an immediate sense of safety. Whether a client arrives worried, anxious, or carrying the weight of a difficult day, Harley knows exactly when to cuddle up close or gently flop beside you, easing tension and reminding everyone that it’s okay to smile, breathe, and simply be.
She has a special gift for turning sad days brighter and making good days even better. With her unconditional love and playful spirit, Harley brings warmth and connection into every session. She is genuinely excited to meet you and looks forward to being another trusted partner on your therapeutic journey.
At Person First Therapy, Harley proves that healing happens in many forms—sometimes on four paws. She is an essential member of our team, helping us live our mission that your life is our life.
Harley’s official role: belly rubs and reminding clients it’s okay to smile again.”
